Thank you for choosing Millie™ as your eyeglasses store. We are committed to providing excellent customer service. We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, but kindly note that buyers are responsible for the shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, the glasses must be in good condition.

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of Millie™ and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
