Returns

Thank you for choosing Millie™ as your eyeglasses store. We are committed to providing excellent customer service. We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, but kindly note that buyers are responsible for the shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, the glasses must be in good condition.

If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email info@millieeyewear.com and we will get it sorted out. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of Millie and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
